Make Alfie's crate a happy place - put some toys in there with him, ultimately he will love his crate so much he will pop in there for a snooze all by himself. When I used to go away with my dogs and their crates they would sit on top of their crates before I even got them set up.It's time I put my big girl pants on. :grannypants: I hope they fit.Comment

you gotta persevere oney, try feeding him in there, not with the door shut but so that he realises its HIS and its NICE. If he eats any food in there lots of praise. if he sits in there, lots of praise, if he lays down LOADS of praise. Keep going he will get to love it.
