o2m.....There aren't really too many like that around here. Mainly starbucks and 2 or 3 that are privately owned that do sandwiches.
I get a lot of satisfaction making them for the teachers and office staff at my kids school, Christmas is always busy, especially the pomegranate cheesecake(it is gorgeous to look at too) and the truffles. People like to give them as gifts. Plus I make a cheesecake once a week for the couple who live down the street. They are in their 80's."The one true thing that I know about myself is that I will never stop learning things about myself!":nutso:

AK, You are well on your way to getting that shop, I'd say....I hope that is in your near future....it sounds just wonderful.
Start, I know what you mean...I am getting close to 90 and I know you have read some of my posts about that same "next step" thing. We will get thru, Start...we will!

I do sell them, but my hubby laughs at the business license on the wall, but I am always donating them to one thing or another. The school is raffling off 3 of them the day before thanksgiving for the teachers literacy fund. Let's put it this way, we have had the cello 3 years and still don't actually "own it" the bank owns it for another 8 payments!!!! LOL
