          Good Day Army
          Nice to see so many soldiers on the battlefield today. This soldier is in pain; bad knee which has been acting up big time. Very Happy to have tonight off. I plan to go to an AA meeting, and then to the pharmacy to be reimbursed for the $110.00 I paid for the Lexapro. The pharmacy said that if my benefits cards came in within 7 days, they could reimbursement me at the store. My CD's arrived!!! I am looking forward to getting started with those. Nice post Oney; reminded of things that I have learned in the past that need to be in the forefront of my mind. Here in NH, we have 24 hour alkathons for Christmas and New Years; tons of food, lots of speakers. Welcome to the new soldiers. Rubes, you will be in my prayers.

            Hi rubes sounds like you have a heck of a lot on your plate at the moment what with pain management and your son. As you say it must of taken a heck of judge to decide that a mother is unfit to be with her kids. I hope your son's coping well at the moment. It looks like I too shall be going to court over my access rights after a rather nasty phone call from my ex this morning. She must of received my solicitors letter this morning!!!lol. I'm not taking ANY chances at present and have taken an antabuse tables this morning for some psychological back up!!

            Sorry to be in and out the thread again today but have lots of reading to do online today. I'd love to find some examples of court cases in this country of alcoholic father's who have won access through the courts so I'm away looking for those. I can't believe either that she has decided to get Social Services involved too. She is fighting me because she can't get her own way over the access and she is doing everything she can to discredit me. No doubt along the way poisoning my daughter's mind against me so she will tell social services what a bastard I am.

            Anyway I'm still on top form after speaking to my solicitor this morning and not all doom and gloom. ANGRY YES! I'll check in as much as a I can and keep you all informed but my time these days needs to be spent on doing as much reading and preparing for court as I can.

            Sorry for not catching up with the rest of you all

                          It just sux when people can't work things out in a civil manner concerning children. I was fortunate in that my kids where teenagers when I got divorced, and I have a very civil relationship with my Ex. I'm sorry that you are going through this Hipp. Good on you for staying sober.

                              Sea....I kept thinking last night(I know I have been warned about that), I can't imagine going through that with my children. I have enough going on with the 17 yo, but that seems minor in comparison!!!

                                Hipps, my son is not perfect. As I've post, his 15 yr old, is rabid! LOL What matters is the best interest of the child, and it was very obvious my DIL could not handle anything out of her tunnel vision. Very sad, but my girls are safe.
