When I type in a reply, there are a few "Smilies" off to the right side of the writing screen. There is a "More" link that has a ton more. If you don't see those, it could have something to do with your web browser. I use Internet Explorer. What do you use?

o2m I did get a yoga dvd at first but never watched it. I eventually gave it to my sister. I'm not wired to do things like that without actually going to the studio. But I will ask around for a good dvd. Your kids are a bit young but they do have some kids yoga too. Are you interested in that as well or just for you? Maybe some of both?

Good for you. I'd recommend Hatha Yoga. There are all kinds of varieties. Peri, what do you practice?
