WIP, it's 85 here today. I would grill but I am making chili. Maybe tomorrow do some grilling. Yesterday, my neighbor borrowed one of ours, then brought us tons of food

I did a small pork roast last night with oven roast raw fried potatoes with sliced onions, caesar salad and french baguette. It was delicious! I slice little red potatoes and onions. I pour EVOO over all along with salt and pepper. I toss to coat evenly, then put in over at 400 degrees until golden brown. They "fry" sort of because of the olvie oil. It's easier than standing over the stove while they cook and having to constantly "tend" to them.
