Never have watched Intervention. It does sound sad. Are the people pretty confrontational towards the alkies on that show?

Decided to stay in and have popcorn, maybe watch football. Had salad for lunch, don't need a terribly healthy dinner.

I am now showered and ready for my day....it is 3pm. WTF? I am certainly a slow turtle type, aren't I? I am still coughing and blowing lots from my nose, so I'll use that as my excuse...plus its my 90 days so I can do what I want, right? NOT. I really need to get off my duff and clean the kitchen...floors need mopping as well. it won't take more than 45 min....I'll do it in a little while.
