    AF Army 2nd November 2008

    ok o2m,

Breakfast Burritos are Mexican or Southwestern generally spicy. Many varieties.

Good to cook some meat ahead of time if you want meat in it. My taco meat consisted of chopped onions (sauteed), minced garlic, ground turkey (browned), some ground cumin, chili powder, salt, black pepper, all stirred up together. You could also use chorizo sausage, any other sausage, bacon, or shreded pork.

I had the left-over corn, black bean, onion, and bell pepper mixture that I will use. You could also use refried beans, pinto beans or no beans.

Grate some cheese: cheddar, montaray jack, pepper jack, etc

Fry some potatoes (diced or sliced really doesn't matter) say 3 medium sized
scramble some eggs go with 4 large ones

Mix it all up in the same skillet (except the cheese). And not the refried beans, that would be messy, just spread those on the tortilla.

Put everything in the center of the tortilla, roll it up, and yummy!

Or you can "smother" it with green chili and top with grated cheese, sour cream, or guacamole, or all of the above.

That was just off the top of my head. If you need a recipe I will work on that for you. I don't use a recipe, I just throw everything in like I wrote here. Hope I didn't miss anything. :H

Well I know you're a girl Vlad. That's what's so interesting about the forum. Kind of hard to tell. Then again, sometimes kind of hard to tell in person too!

I don't think may boys would call themselves periwinkle though LOL!

:upset: :upset: (one for each of you!)

Well I've lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks since I quit AL and started topa. I have no idea how to covert that to metric but that's pretty rapid weight loss for me. I would be happy to loose another 10 - 15 lbs but it would take a lot more than that before I would want to start gaining. I wouldn't say I'm terribly over-weight (5'-7" and today weighed in at 155) but I was just always around 130-135 until about 10 years ago. And I've struggled with it since, aarrgg.

Great advice! I didn't know that with my little Cocker Spaniel I had. She was scared crazy with thunder and I would coddle her. When I wasn't home during a thunder storm to comfort her I would come home to her land mines all over the floor! Eventually she lost her hearing and no more land mines to clean up.

hey, I just checked in on a thread I've been following: MWO virgins. There are a couple of newbies there that aren't getting attention because they haven't started their own thread yet even though I've suggested that they do.

Sound like it's time to send in the "army" troops!
