        im sorry wip, it cant have been easy growing up feeling like that. My mum was the total opposite, a very gentle person.

            Think of the positive...that your Mom saved your artwork. I don't think my Mom saved any of that kind of stuff. I don't think the pic looks like it comes from a "disturbed" child...do you really?

                        Yeah, Kriger, really... this is not the picture of a happy child! My mother (and father, too, if he was home) was drunk every night. It was pretty unpleasant, and scary for a little kid. And during the daytime, before "cocktail hour," she wasn't the warm and cuddly type!

                          I gave myself a third trophy on my signature line in honor of the occasion! I love those little trophies!

                          I just pmed with Rubes and she has fogiven me for being a Florida Gator...I am so relieved!!!

                              wip . I think your painting is a sign of great emotional intelligence , and you sure do have that, every post is a well though out post. Seems to me you were trying to make sence of your world before you could articulate it through words.
