      Pretty quiet Army today
      Where is the little leprechaun.
      Great to see you Bandit!!!
Horrific night at work. Happy to be home. I am very tired, but am waiting for a call from the mortgage co. I would really like to get to bed soon, so that I can get to a meeting tonight before work.
Mr. Tall man called me last night and emailed me this morning. Feel like a giddy school girl.lol.

        Hi Everyone,
Welcome Bandit, Glad to have you in the Army!
        How is everyone tdy?
Start, I am truly sorry for you job situation. It will be the close of one door and the opening of another door for you, hun. Stay positive and you know we will be here to lend all the support you need!!
I had interrupted sleep; hubs had neighbor here and they drank til 2am. I just hat that because now he needs more beer for his "day off". We still spend SOO much $$ on beer- it sux. I ordered a 2 month supply of patches yest so when they arrive I will start my quest to quit fags again. I need to do it before I go to Atlanta; the kids don't know I smoke! They don't know about my drinking problem either. When I moved out west 13 years ago I was not drinking; when I have seen them over the last several years I keep my drinking to an odd glass of wine or a beer here and there. Ah, the deceptive alcoholic I was!!! Anyway I won't have to hide anything anymore including the cigarettes, which are harder to stay away from for me. I will be well under the care of my patches and I'll do just fine! I am worried about hubs when I leave for a week. He usually drinks like a fish when I am away and sometimes he drives. If I say something to him about not driving, that will be the kiss of death. He reacts somewhat like a rebellious little child. He is such a good man sober, but while drinking he is such an immature butt head. I wish I knew how to approach him so he would see how childish and dangerous his decisions are when he drinks. The trouble is, none of us would repeat our drunken decisions when we are sober but we have little control of those decisions while drunk....I can't stop him from drinking. It is wearing thin on me and I may start talking about intervention to get him into treatment. It is too hard to do this marriage and solving our big problems with someone who drinks so much. I can't do everything alone and I don't want to do it alone.

I am so sorry to be venting; you guys are my best friends and I know I can talk here and get things off my chest. Thank you for being my sounding board. Have a great day everyone.

        No pics yet, guys. KriggenBottom

Krigs...sorry to hear about your problems with home life. I often think how difficult it would be for me to live at home with someone who drank. I really dont think i could do it. Boy, i cant do it by myself, let alone with someone else who is drinking. I agree that it is time to do something for him and most of all for your own well being, but its diff to know what to do.
I wish i could say more, but im thinking of you and if i have any inspiring thoughts(!!!!) ill let you know.
All ready for bonfire night. Lets just hope the rain stays away!!!

Great news about the mortgage sea. Its so relieving to get things like that off your back. Such big triggers for me. Peace of mind is worth so much more than all the materialistic crap that this world thinks makes you happy.

Hey rubes. You feeling o.k? You should be proud of yourself for standing your ground. Its so annoying when people do that.

Thanks, Cym. Still going over in my mind if I could have done things better or clearer. My last words to her were 'You should be ashamed of yourself'. She thought that was really funny.

                          Krigs,
I just don't know how you do it. I can't even date a drinker, nevermind live with one. I am really not sure how you should handle it. I will pray for you.
