The dishies are great - got my first win for the season on Thursday and my other dog ran 2nd to him. First Quinella ever - lets hope there's plenty more.

I am so proud of the boys - I hurt my old dishie on the trialling track on Monday - so it looks like he is retired now, will have to build a retirement block on my place for all the old dishies soon.

Me too - I felt so bad for one when I read through those posts - I hadn't logged on for days when it happened - I could have almost saved her the 2nd trip to the vet - the first post I read on him I immediately thought he was obstructed. He was showing the typical signs.

I'm sure he will be fine now - we had a dog once who lost three foot of bowel and the vets told us she wouldn't be able to eat properly again - she was still munching on bones etc into her old age.
