Just a thought.....46% of the voters are'nt celebrating the election.
I didn't vote for Obama, because I didn't like some of his affiliations. But that will not stop me supporting him in everyway in things that I believe will lift and bring this country out of it's problems. There were many false illusions, on both sides, as to what his election would mean. Time will tell. I agree, the key is to surround himself with the depth and experience he lacks, and to listen to the people of America, and not so much the world. We have to start at home with ourselves, just as an alcoholic does (nice segue, huh?). When we rebuild our strength and stability, our friends and allies will most likely follow. There are going to be disappointments on both sides, but there's no quick fix to our current fiasco. I truly hope Obama lives up to and earns the fervor and support by so many, especially on this site. History will write the story. God Bless America!
