      Yep...10.15 a.m., and day 15 here... I'm feeling great Limer's, and strong... i've learnt a lot about myself through being here, and the best thing i've learnt is that i can't moderate... tried many times after periods of af, but back into same pattern... so, no more battles in my head.. I feel free. this time feels very different... how you goin'?

        Hi all. im up waiting for the boxing to start at 4a.m my time. Lots of coffee and live hockey is helping.

                      'Bout to go to beddy here. Hubs finally home. Fed him HUGE homecooked meal, roast fresh ham, green beans, mixed greens, Hoppin' John, cornbread, cheesecake w/ice cream. Hope he can sleep! Gawga Dawgs got beat AGAIN today by NC, SUX. Heads will roll. Good luck on your games, boys. Sleep in tomorrow. Night, SO.
