Limers, GREAT. Glad you get to relax, even tho it's not-feeling-great relaxing, still, you need it!
Cy, it's so easy! Do you get the cut of meat called pork shoulder? Or Boston butt? Either one is good. Get a good spicy rub on it, then brown it well, then cover it and braise it slowly in a Dutch oven at around 200 degrees (F) for 2 or 3 hours, till the meat is very tender, falling off the bone. Let it cool, then just "pull" the meat apart with a couple of forks, and make a sauce/gravy with the drippings (removing most of the fat, of course), and/or use a vinegar-based barbecue sauce to kind of soak the cooked meat in. It is great on a sandwich (use a hamburger bun) with cole slaw... do you have cole slaw over there?

sounds great. Will defo do that sometime next week. yer, we get cole slaw. What a funny name that is, cole slaw...sounds like a boil or something. Ive got a bad cole slaw on my neck! Or ive caught a bout of cole slaw!To Infinity And Beyond!!
