There was an interesting part in it that I thought applied to us here as well. He spoke about feelings or thoughts and behaviors. Basically he said you can't change how you think or feel and hope it will change the behavior. But if you change how you behave it will definately change how you feel. I am finding a lot of truth in that. Struggling with it in my head was getting me nowhere, once I physically started taking action(for me it was swimming), change started to happen. I began feeling proud of myself.
So quit talking about it inside and find a new behavior to replace AL.
I just thought it was interesting and wanted to share.
