Yes, Cymru. Set out some plans. Full stop.
These plans are for you. No one else. Full stop.
These plans are for keeping you alive, happy and free.
No one else.
Those who love you and care, omg, we want them there with us. But, the plans are for us...
Love,
Cindi
Oh, and if you want to break those plans, TELL THEM. Be honest. Do not lie, deceit, cheat. Be honest.
Honesty is the HARDEST policy, BUT THE BEST!!
Once you have brought others into your life, be honest. That is the ONLY policy that works.
Do not make them "check up" on you, follow you, etc. Be honest.
If you are going to drink. Do it. Do not lie, do not hide, do not deceit.
Love, and hard love it is,
But truth is better the lying.
We can hide behind lies.
We simply cannot hide behind truth.
However, we are truthful and loving humans...
Love from all of us.
Just do the right thing,

Hi Gia,
I know that feeling well. Lately has been quite hard. I just tell myself it isnt an option and try and forget about it. Its not easy but for me thats the only way.

Gia and Starting,
Stay strong.
It is hard.
It literally "hurts" but the hurt is transient. The hurt that we feel is our alcoholic brain trying to lead us down the path we do not want to go.
Do not let that happen.
Put the steak on the barbie, put the hamburger on the grill, put the ...
Whatever.
Let's do what we need to do to stay sober because 20 years from now NO ONE WILL CARE THAT WE WERE SOBER AND THEY WILL WILL HAVE NO CLUE THAT THEY SHOULD BE GRATEFUL THAT WE WERE NOT DRUNKS!!!
I cannot stress that enough.
Sometimes, doing the right thing means not getting kudos, it is just not getting kicked in the the "ass" "arse" whatever. Trust me. From experience. You would rather NOT be recognized as the mum/mama/mom/dad/Daddy, that did not make their child grateful "he/she" sobered up but more just grateful that they did not have to deal with this stuff.
Sometimes, it is just simply what we must do.
Love,

I'm going to put the animals away for the night as it's getting dark and I don't want to end up with them dead from the weasel we have right now. Then, onto dinner! After that I have the rest of my plan for tonight and there is no time for drinking in that. I have cuddle jammie time to do!
Cinders, you're just full of good inspirational words today my girl! Love yah as always.

I can't do anything about the horrible loss we had today. It did set me back. I'll deal with it. Have to leave in a bit for coffee (for Hubs, I can't drink it, but I LOVE tea). Then, grilling hamburgers for sons fam tonight. Working still on my herbs and plants. Love that feeling of soil on my hands, and seeing plants grow. Any other horticulturists out there? I have the most beautiful staghorn fern I started from a tiny transplant last summer. No matter how bad our day, life, in it's many forms, goes on.
Thanks for being here today, friends. I have really needed you, and your PM's.sigpic

Gia,
I would take them but, the costs would be way over what the eggs are worth.
How sad.
Mamas laying eggs, Gia picking them up and no takers.
:-(
I am going to set a pen out this year. I am going to have free range hens, free range eggs, etc. Not to sell, to eat. And, I won't let any of it go to waste. ((I hope..))
Because mama hen deserves better than that!!
