I think the exercise will really help KP. I know that as soon as I get out with the dogs my head clears immediately. That is only walking twice a day. but it really makes a difference.
Also AA will give you that added support.
Those are good moves i think!Living now and not just existing since 9th July 2008

Hi again all
Don't think Cy can join in unfortunately- the mini marathon is for the girls.
AA might help Cy- I would def have tried it if there was one in my area- no harm in trying is there?
I am actually planning on winning the damn thing- Starts is gonna be my trainer for the first few months, then I might have to get a local one.

My drinking went back to previous high levels pretty quickly... I quit (on my own) a few times again, before finding MWO, for up to a year once, and a couple of times for a few months, but always back again. Those other times, since it was on my own, I had no support and no real accountability. Just sort of hoping I would "stay quit," but never making it.
When my mother moved nearby, 6 years ago, it really got bad. Lots of despair. I quit for a year again... then started again, and it just kept getting worse... This last time I realized I needed more than just doing it "on my own." I was looking for an AA group to go to when I found MWO online. So far, this has given me the support I needed.
SO: I am ALWAYS on the high alert, watching out for distorted thinking!!

I feel as though im running out of options, and wish i could give up like i did before(for over 4 years), but i dont seem to have the will power that i did...
Can you tell I am highly supportive of your plans???

Thanks WIP. It is amazing how circumstance like family can send us over the edge isnt it?
I have never tried any support before. Therefore I assume thats why I have never been successful before. I always thought I could do everything on my own.
