    Army Thread 15th November 2008

Hi, Cinders. Good luck with the travel. Was always a trigger for me.

The temps are going to run -10 to -15F below normal next week. I warned Krigs yesterday she might need to bring a jacket for the evenings. It's the damp here in the South that chlls people so.

Wish, good on you for quitting the cigarettes. It is so difficult.

Going to dye my hair today. Daughter cut it yesterday but we didn't have time to color it, so we bought a OTC box. I hope I don't screw it up. I am so spoiled by my girl. She takes good care of me hair-wise. However, I travel next week and I refuse to go onsite all grey.

Head and eye are killing me this morning. I burst into tears while watching tv with hubby. This is so awful. However, starting to subside. I broke down and took some meds for it. I hate doing that, though. They do make me want to drink. I know that sounds weird but it is true.

Take care all. Marby, get that business of the ground, girl!! Work, work, work!! No time for drink, eh? And, I started my Antabuse again a couple days ago. I just absolutely do not want to slip because of travel. So, I figured I would make sure I can't.

        Love,
        Cindi
Thanks Cindi- I will. I have had businesses before- they have always done OK- I have just tired of them, and passed them on for a bit of profit. However I know this one won't if i don't get my drunken arse into gear.

        I will do it.

I am so sorry about your headaches- I understand completely how the meds make you want to drink.

I too will get to the doc for some more AB this week.

Cant wait to start training properly.
Good for you jogging into town. I bet you feel better having made the decision to get fit?

My little brother (aged 3 at the time) was eating candy floss, of course he got it all over his face and he hated being sticky... so he decided to wipe his face on a newly creosoted fence post, obviously having creosote around your mouth wouldn't be pleasant, so he proceeded to wipe his face in the grass. There he was with candy floss, creosote and grass around his mouth. Mum was furious. :H

OK, I did another hitch of sorting through stuff at Mother's house, and got all the bills/taxes/paperwork done for the week. I hate that stuff. Cleaned up the yard after the dogs, fed the birds. The birds are pigging out, as it's getting colder, fast... some talk of SNOW.

Sat meditation, and did my stint on the spinner. Figuring I'll start on the treadmill closer to the actual 10K! The spinner is upstairs in front of the TV, but the treadmill is down in the basement.... a bit depressing...

Now, out for a few more errands, then back in for the evening...

                          Everyone here sounds good!
