This is why I love this place so much..
I have felt so depressed today for no good reason, I have sat and wallowed and beaten myself up for hours and hours. I come here, ask for a bit of help and here it is.....

I feel alot of my negative thoughts come from my childhood and the feeling of not being good enough and putting myself down. Alot of insecurites also stem from my childhood.
