Army Thread 16th November 2008
Hi, Everyone.
Woke up to 33 degrees and clear skies. I guess the cold front finally moved through!!
Glad you are in a good mood today, Wish. It is always awesome to wake up feeling great and happy.
Not much planned today. Grandkids spent the night and I will have to figure out something to feed the hungry horde. Will probably hop in the car and run to get fast food.
Since it is only me and Papa here most of the time, we just don't keep that much food in the house. It goes bad before we eat it.
Otherwise, I have to pack and get ready to fly out at an awful early hour tomorrow. Sigh. Not looking forward to traveling at all. I just love being home with my hubby and my dog and the grandkids dropping by to see me. I hate flying, airports, security, hotel rooms, blah, blah, blah.
Oh well. It is what they pay me to do.
Love,

I can't believe it is 1.30pm already. For a do nothing, boring day the time has really flown by. Time to get my arse into gear and showered.
The weather here is pretty bad. Think the rain is on it's way for sure.
Cindi i think i'm going to get a Mc D's now you've mentioned fast food.....Yummy!!

I think we will have a jammy day here as well. Papa is working so we will have girl time to make projects. Maybe make some playdough too
Cindi,

Wish, enjoy your lazy day and fast food...LOL!! :wings::l

Cy,
That is 33 degrees Fahrenheit. 0.5 Degrees Celsius. Not lush BUT it is cold, crisp and clear.
Gia,
I live out in the country but we do have a little "town" at the foot of my mountain. We have a Hardees and a Piggy Wiggly grocery store and a Dollar General.
That combo is dotted all over the south of US in little towns. I will be sad when someday the Piggly Wiggly goes away. We call it "The Pig." Like, "I'm running to The Pig to get some milk."
