Yes, that's how I've always felt- but maybe I do have it, and that could of course lead to drinking. I guess there is no harm in getting some pills- can't do worse than the booze.

Morning everyone. I've had quite a busy day already. Was up at 6am to go to work as I still help out at my last place of work. Only there for 2 hours today but i suppose it's something. Going to carry on with my xmas shopping today. Want to have it done by the end of the week (here's hoping!!)

O2m how's the no smoking going? I've been getting real bad cravings today for some reason.

Marbs i've suffered with depression in the past and found that counceling really helped me.

The mornings were always the best ... make a coffee and sit and smoke a few cigs. I find that if i have nothing to do i get real bad cravings. Boredom is the worst. Gotta keep busy.

I have finally made a dent in the xmas shopping and managed to finish shopping for my niece and start on stuff for Cy! Yay i feel so much better now or at least until i see my bank balance.

I've managed to lose half a stone since giving up smoking. In fact i lost another 2lb last week on top of that. Thinks it's due to not eating much during the day. Even though today i haven't stopped.

She was born with a full head of hair, same as her mum. The car thing is annoying with it's horn noises and nusery rhymes!
