      Just had a lovely walk to get the paper. I had a walk around the park, and then went to the indoor bowling centre and had a cup of tea and chatted to an old dear for half an hour. They have spent alot of money doing it up after water damage, and its really nice down there now. Think i may become a regular!

            I like my feet too. They give me problems now, but so does everything else! Glad you had a nice outing Cym.

                I have learnt what makes me cry is usually right- I think it is God's way of telling us it is true Does that make sense??
                Oney, (sorry I wrote rubes before, I need some of Krig's memory) while looking for the St Johns, I found some Lithium Oratate that I bought a while back, but like most things didn't really stick with it. I researched it here and on Google- seems good for depression, Bi-polar, alcoholism (sure I have at least one of those) and I must admit, I do feel a bit brighter now.
                I also managed to eat, which surely helped.

                          Pops I am doing an OU course too. It really is wonderful with the support you get. Boosting my confidence too.

                          KP, you will get to a point where you can socialise "safely" just give yourself some time to adjust.
