    EL, I get loads of compliments on my 'tater pie, and there's one secret that works with just about any recipe. Instead of boiling the potatoes, bake them. The taste is much deeper and richer. Really makes a dif.

              OK Rubes...I have some Idaho that are STARTING TO SPROUT...Oh no, wrong kind of potato.
              The Inn is full for the holiday.It makes me feel sad that these people have to eat in a restaurant on thanksgiving.I think maybe Pumpkin bread would be in order.

                I just ran across a recipe for pumpkin cookies. I'll look it up and send it later if you want. Gotta run now, but next time you do the sweet potatoes, try it that way, tastes wonderful! I ended up makin 10 over the holidays last year!
