OMG what have I started- but the truth is I know I can beat her.
I am 43- but really quite fit considering- so imagine what I will be like once AL is gone? I also have to beat Starts and Boozehag, but not too bothered about them.Comment

I can quit AL for only a few days at a time at the mo, but i really feel this will motivate me enough to quit for good- it seems like as a group it was just what we all needed, plus it will be fantastic to meet.
