Just looked at vid again, in all honesty, most of them arent moving that fast.
Sonia is a female runner- but not as good as us. She dabbled in something called the Olympics, but I don't feel she has much motivation.Comment

Things are good here. Very busy! Supps and Campral seem to be working very well. I have not missed a dose of either since last Monday. AF life is much easier now. It's the smoking things that is stressing me now. I've had to moderate that plan for a short bit.:l

Brother just e-mailed me a letter my Daddy received in 1952, thanking him for his service in the Army during the Korean Conflict. Feels strange reading it.sigpic

Ruby - hubby's grandad had a letter framed on the wall from King George thanking him for his service during the war. Maybe because (in my case anyway) you never built the relationship with your dad that you wanted? I always thought I would do it one day- then he died. It was 4 years ago- I didn't cope with it then, and am not really coping with his death now- I always thought one day we would have a father/daughter relationship and it never happened.Comment

I so need to sleep! Have had about 2 hrs in 2 days. Think when i finally do i will sleep for a day. Dentist appointment is not till 4th dec because they had de registered me.To Infinity And Beyond!!Comment
