Oney. re- putting on weight, or not losing it.... a couple of years ago, i wasn't eating much at all, (emotional stress, won't go into it, all cool now) and i was running heaps to try to ease the stress, so my body was feeding off itself for energy, so i was not real thin, but unhealthy thin for me.... Plenty of info on how to lose weight, but i couldn't find any info to put on , weight except for those body building powder's...

But i wasn't skinny to start with. athletic/solid sort of build normally, i just lost weight through emotional stress, so once that went, i began to eat properly, and slowly body returned to normal weight for me. But if you're naturally skinny, well, that might just be your shape?
