Due date is April 27. I have to wait and see what our fecked up economy does between now and then. I may have to wait until summer to go out. Just have to wait it out for now...

I have one some place. I'll have to look it up for you and post. I made dirty rice last night. Baked a frozen apple pie this morning and now on to making raisin cinnamon bread in the bread machine

Dirty rice is rice with creole seasonings, ground beef, onions, and some bell peppers.
I am lovin' the bread machine! And so does my husbo's office...LOL!!

It's so hard to find good creole, cajun, or mexican food in Canada or the east coast of the US. I nearly starved while living there...LOL!!

I have a mandolin and a kitchen genie for slicing and dicing and whatnot. It makes the prep much more enjoyable Both are easy to clean too!

Atlanta and some other places in GA have gotten better, there,LTG, especially since Hurricance K and it's displacement. My little cabin town even has 2 decent Mex rest. I usually get the combination fajita takeout and live on it for days!

I LOVE my bread machine! I always set it to the dough setting to do the hard work, then bake it the way I like. I had some making for Krigs the other day, but it was too damn cold to rise! Have a great new breakfast casserole recipe I'm trying Thanksgiving morning for Hubs office staff.
