    Well I have had beans on toast with cheese on...YUM!

    A friend texted me today to ask if I wanted to go for a drink with her tonight. I havent seen her since I stopped drinking and in the past I always drank heavily with her...
    We are going to a local pub. This will be a test for me, I am not going to drink but it will be a tester to see how I handle it and also if I enjoy her company sober...
    Wish me luck guys....

        Starting - just a question. Do you think your friend is expecting you to drink heavily as you normally do? She could be in for quite a shock (and you potentially a lot of pressure) if this comes up out of the blue and you might want to let her know ahead of time.

          Oney, I will let you know, thanks hun..
          I am planning to drink J20 and soda....its like orange and passion fruit. I am not staying out late either. Bet she'll think I am a right miserable cow. LOL
          But I have been putting her off since July so I cant do it any more. Anyway after tonight she prob wont want to repeat the experience....:-)

            Thanks AA, I told her I would pick her up as I wasnt drinking so it wont be a shock for her. I will tell her I am on tablets, well its true... I am....
