Oney i'm just about to have my first red bull of the day. Think i may have a bit of a problem with energy drinks to be honest. I drink about 3 red bulls and about 6 cups of coffee a day. I find that sometimes it just makes me more tired than before i drank them!! Go figure!

Too much caffine has that effect. Ive only had 2 cups of coffee. Feel really monged after sleeping for so long!

Oney, worrying about what others think of you is so destructive. I know how hard it is not to do, but it really is one thing worth practising.

Too much caffeine makes me so jittery. I love my coffee and I have about 4 to 6 a day, but sometimes even that is too much...
Red bull just does me in. lol

Oh yeah, great news, I dont have to go to work on Monday. Yay!!!
I can start winding down a bit now...
So I have another day to do that bloody essay!
Means I can spend today dossing and pottering....lovely

Ah great news KP.
I had an abscess last christmas was awful except for the fact my mum gave me all her really strong painkillers that she has had for all her ops....that was quite nice I am ashamed to say....
