Today was my 46th Birthday and I am proud to say I am still AF. This is probably the first birthday in over 20 years that I did not celebrate with Al, just a nice quiet one with hubby and son. YEAH! for me.

Hello~ I also had my first sober birthday this week in over 20 years. The age didn't bother me (41 now), as I am much happier with myself now than in my 20's and 30's. It was awesome to be fully in the moment and waking up the next day clearheaded was another reason to celebrate!
