    That's my eldest son Gia. He lives a few States away and is coming home for Thanksgiving. I am soooo Happy!!

        He won Mr. South Carolina, middle-weight. He will be competing for heavy-weight soon. He is even bigger now.

                  Thanks everyone for the supportive posts and messages. I'm OK! Weirded out, a bit, but OK! I'm off now to have coffee with a couple of old Zen Center buddies. It's a pretty day here. Later I will do more sorting, packing, unpacking, repacking... will it ever be finished???

                    Seems like there is Always stuff to do. I hate being sick. I am not getting much done. I am lucky that I have Mike helping me out.

                            A quiet Sunday for me.
                            Everyone seems chipper tonight, which is great.
                            I'm actually looking forward to my AA meeting tomorrow.

                              Are you eating properly? Drinking lots of water?
                              Sometimes this time of year with the lack of sunlight can be a downer.
                              If you can get outside in the day it will help you.
                              I have had 2 naps today, I am getting like a pensioner really...or a student )
