Right team I had better go and do some work - my water race isn't going to clean itself (unfortunately), the neighbours are getting snotty as it's over flowing a touch - thought I'd give them a lovely duck pond for christmas and for the first time ever I can hear froggies croaking all day - that's meant to be good isn't it.

Time for me to hit the road too.
I am lovely and sleepy after my bath. No idea why I have had 2 hour and a half kips today...seems the more I get the more I want.

that's what I thought Starts - and I haven't noticed them before - all though last summer I would have been that whacked they could have been sitting on my head and I wouldn't have known.

Mornin all
Where has our marathon thread dissappeared to? I was just going to post about my run this morning which was in howling wind and rain. Not cold though but it made me realise how much harder it would be for you lot to train in winter. Any craic?

If you get him an ipod shuffle (which are only about $70 here - 30 euros or so) then you can also use it for your marathon training - it really helps.

The i pod is so easy to use oney. Buy it, plug it into your p.c, it'll take u onto i tunes and your sorted. You'll get your own account and can buy off there, and put all your c.d's on there. All sorts you can buy. Im getting Erin a nano, thought the i pod touch is cheap in Argos, and is very very good.

if you burn it onto a c.d, then put the c.d onto i tunes, that usually works.

Limewire is good too and I am sure you dont pay for anything. I just get the kids to do it for me and they have all the latest songs and there is nothing to pay but then I get all sorts of mad rap songs that I have to skip.
