im dec 21st and I always got the same treatment as Oneys son...however as im adult now every birthday I go into town and treat myself to something ive had my eye on for a while but would normally never indulge myself with....not sure what itll be this year!i SAW A LOVELY FURLA MAKE UP BAG THO....Is sag a fire sign...I never knew that! Gors a pieces , water but he hasnt put out my fire yet.....!And no , im not talking about sex!!

i'll pass by the healthfood store in the afternoon w/my long list of supplements i might find useful.
hopefully they'll have some options for me. i looked for l-glucosamine (sp?) but haven't been able to find any. maybe today will be a lucky day?

Hi there 1967 I think its LGlutamine you want. Its to stop cravings right? You will find it usually in the body building section of the health shop either in powder or capsule. Get a good brand.
Also Kudzu might help you too, but that is harder to find, I get mine from here as I know its a good quality one.

thanks for the info... now i would NEVER look in the body building section, so i appreciate the tip! and suggestions on a good brand?
i'm not real keen to order via the internet the Kudzu due to freight costs.
i will get a quote though... generally freight is 2x the cost of the product.
i want the supplements for when i start feeling over confident again, which i am sure will come to pass.
i am aspiring to a more balanced me. i've been quite depressed lately and don't want to take anti depressants. it's just a vicious cycle... i so need to feel positive. i have done a lot for myself the past 4.5 months, i know life will get easier, right?
