I was a bit freaked out yesterday. My pulse was 120 at the doctor's office, and when I checked it last night at home, it was 146. Doc has me on mucinex, which has sudafed in it, and an albuterol inhaler. Both of these will speed my pulse up even more. Yikes.

Sea, sounds like you seriously need to give the doc a call and tell them what is going on. Those are dangerous symptoms.

Sorry, don't want you guys to worry. I am a Registered Nurse and we tend to be stubborn patients.lol. I will check it and give her a call if it is out of control. Thanks for the love, and sure, I'll take the Reiki.

                            Good morning/afternoon everyone!

Sea, I have always been told that if pulse is over 140 you need to see doc or go to ER - even stubborn nurses!!! Those inhalers can trigger anxiety attacks, hence the rapid pulse and chest pains. Just my 2 cents. Saying prayers for you :h

Have not touched the inhaler for 3 and half hours. Pulse is 120 now. I will watch it. Thank you for all the caring. Hi LTG, seems like we haven't chatted for awhile.

                                Hi Army Buddies,
It is a cold morning but we're going to have pretty, clear skies! I love the weather here; we get about 300 days of sunshine. I send my healing vibes to Marby and Sea; I hope you both feel better soon. Sea, are you cooking Thanksgiving dinner or can you just rest?
I am back into the swing of work and paying the piper for my time off! I had so many problems to iron out yesterday and they are not all done but I do have a 4 day weekend that I always look forward to. We go to friends for Thanksgiving so I just make one dish-I think I'll make corn pudding. Any ideas for a good veggie side dish? Cy? Maybe I could make that pomagranate cheese cake by akmom? That sounded SO good to me.
Wish, I'm glad to see both you and Cy on this site and I hope things are going well for the two of you.
Oney, Did Alfie recover from his surgery?
Start, Do you work 3 days this week? That must be a nice schedule to setttle into for a while?
LTG, Are you cooking for TG?
I hope everyone has a great day! Krigs
