I have missed you too- just couldn't even open the PC :O

I haven't done any training needless to say, but I have dragged my sorry arse round the woods each day (bar one day)- dogs don't understand that when one is sick walkies is out.

However my plan was to start loosening up and walking faster till Xmas, then let the serious training start in the New Year, so I am still on track.

Going to look for an Xmas Avater thingy....

Oney- that is exactly it- don't fret the issue- it could drive you to drink! You will see how you feel when you get there, and probably have the odd one- it is really knackering, and lets face it one doesn't go all the way to NY to sit in a bar - you can do that at home, so my guess is your pals won't be doing too much drinking either.

When you get back, you are already well in the habit of NOT drinking, so sure all will be fine.

Shop is doing OK- I can't really do what I should be doing at the moment, as in getting it of the ground but will be back on track in a few days.

As for the pain, same as my tooth....serves us right for not getting it sorted in the first place!

I am currently cooking a king prawn rissotto.
Cooking riss is like a new born baby, or a well oiled drunk. You cant leave it alone for 2 mins, or it will all go tits up, hence the laptop in the kitchen!
