Good night Starts
Hope the training is going well? I have been for my run today and really enjoyed it. I have also lost about half a kilo (about 1lb in weight) since I started so thats pretty good too! Naaat. My fat must surely be converting to muscle and that is heavier that fat isnt it - thats my excuse and I am sticking to it. G'night.

I've not had time to be here much since I got home. Usually have my center, but I walked in today and saw my mother's mother's Thanksgiving Cactus blooming, and I've lost it. I miss my Momma and Daddy SO much. I'm having myself a good cry. Hubs sent me cyber flowers. No, you can't do anything, this is heartbreack, not a slip. I have to get thru it, for the firt time in 9 years. I FELT my Daddy a few minutes ago, and it only made it worse. I don't know if it's a gift or a curse to have this great love and lose it to death, or have nothing and wish for it. I'm sorry I can't be upbeat, but I really hurt right now. I'll be OK tomorrow, I always am, I just wish I had my Daddy.

Thank you, baby girl. I guess every how and then we need to get out what has built up in us, and my Daddy, better or worse, is the biggest part of me. I miss both my parents, but he and I could communicate with a look. I'm OK.

Rubes .... I just read your post and can relate to how your feeling. It's a horrible thing losing a parent and no matter how many years go past it never gets any easier. Have a good cry rubes, i find that always helps. I hope your feeling a bit better in the morning rubes.

Hi Rubes,
I miss you, hun! I'm back at home 1600 miles away from Atlanta. My heart aches for you. My Dad is still alive but if I lost him I would just die, I know it! Have a good cry; get it out of your system. Maybe you'll feel a little better after. This time of year it is especially hard because we remember all the good times and we grieve our losses more. I hope you are feeling better soon. Hugs being sent your way.

I just typed in a long message & my &*%$$ computer said I was off too long. I'm OK, loves, but as we get older, we cherish what we're given, and Daddy's given me something today. He was the most honest, honorable man people told me they knew. That means something. Everyone wanted to be respected by him. I was loved by him. I miss him too much to say. He was a wonder.
