Don't know where to post...orhow

I have been "LOOKING" here many times....now I am at a direstraits--i will lose my family and marriage if shit doesn't get toghether. I dont know how to post here properl (i am aq computer idiot) don't know how to post new threads. I am am am really at the bottom now. have said it many times, but it's true this time. today ismy son's 9th b-day party ()he turned 9 yest) and my hubby is doing it with the boys (i'm not capable).. My son is REALLY feeeling the effects of my crapp. I also have 2 daughters, 5 1/2 and 7 1/2. Boy, do i Feel soooooo bad right now, i can't describe it. I LOVE my kids sooooo much, yet, my huibby says if you love them so much why do you do what you do???????? I don't know myself. It is so awful, the worhtless piece of shit feeling you feel about yourself. I REALLy need hel[, but I doubt myself so much I don't even know if I would accept it. BTW---most of my ALCOHOLISM is hidden (so I think)--the shame that goes with it would kill any weak person, believe me. I need help now or i don';t know what will happen (as mydaughter (5) sits alone watching tv).............
