    Good morning folks,

    Firstly I would like to wish all our friends over the pond a very Happy Thanksgiving. All love and strength to you. Have a wonderful time and please share how you are dealing with staying af over the holiday season. I know it can be tough but also enjoyable too. Have a great day everyone.

    Rubes, I saw you were feeling sad about your Daddy yesterday. Big hugs to you my friend I can understand how you feel....

    Have a wonderful day whatever you are doing. I am going to work late, having a long lunch and leaving early (bosses are away. YAY!!!!)

      Good morning Starts, and all to come.
      I had a bad day ysterday. I was feeling sorry for myself for a while, and self-pity is a thing I can't stand in myself. I went for a long walk and gave myself a mental boot up the arse, which did the trick. I went to bed more relaxed than I have in a while and I had a half decent sleep, though it never seems long enough....
      Happy Thanksgiving to my friends in the USA. I experienced two Canadian Thanksgivings and I thoroughly enjoyed them both.
      I'll check back later on to see what the crack's like.

          Hi all and welcome to another day - it is drawing to a close down here! Another day of serene sobriety, and popeye - the walking thing always the best antidote for me too when I'm not feeling top notch...dam good sleeping aid too. Been a beauty day here in the West of South, NZ, lovin this site - adoring recovery...GOD! I sound so dam positive I'm making MYSELF sick lol.
