Morning all, I just typed out a whole post and then my pc decided to restart itself because of some updates.
Well i'll start again.
Just having my first coffee of the day. Nothing like the first coffee of the day to wake you up. Oh how i love coffee.

Pops ... Walking is great when feeling low and find that having some fresh air really helps me sleep.

My dog used to eat his own poo...it was very sad but when we got him he was starving and would eat anything. It got to the point where we had to "catch it" in the way out to stop him.

Once he got confident about getting fed regularly and a good diet he stopped.
