Oh talking about food i just remembered i haven't eaten today! Wow it's nearly 7pm and not one bit of food has passed my mouth all day!

That is going to be one of my resolutions for 2009.
I am going to do a big amazon order and one of the books I am getting is the diet cure by Julia Ross. Doggy Girl recommended it and it is about healing your body from al with nutrients. Something I want to do

The daft thing is I studied nutrition and used to eat a perfect diet but that has gone out the window this year...
