              Above is a quote from RJ's website detailing what the community is all about. If we can't embrace those that are struggling and honestly asking for help, then what are we doing here? By helping others we help ourselves, as we must be willing to give away what we so freely take from here.

              By the same token, we are going to have angry, unhappy people who have no desire to get better post here as well, and we must be willing to accept them also. Been said a thousand times, but ignore those and focus on those posts that are useful to you.
