Hi all, to the newbies that don't know me and the oldies that do, for the last two years I have started a DFD (drunk free december) thread.

For some people the thought of a december without alcohol is really scary, so in fine tradition we can celebrate december Drunk Free if not alcohol free ............

I'm drunk free tonight .............

Lovely to see you! I am with you, though it is definitely ODAT for me still.

However I see my attitude changing in a very subtle way recently- it is like I am finally realising Alcohol is NOT a reward for a hard day.

HI BB see the other threads we started a countdown to christmas first thing this morning and have had a brilliant response, can you join that one?? Looking too grow started it, have a read, day 2 tomorrow x like opening a window on an advent calendar and the motto is december to remember - in a good way!

I have a big enough reason to stay sober this Xmas and I'm sticking to the 'rules'. New Year is gonna be the hardest time though so 31st? YIKES! I need some help!!lol
