    Good morning everyone, put my Christmas tree up yesterday. Need to get on the treadmill pretty soon, as soon as I can pull myself from this place, soooo addicting.

                      Im feeling a bit low, gotta admit. But im feeling great srengh in my need to stop this for good. Day 2, and i would never of got here without all your support and advive.

                          I know what you mean about the negative vibes ... I've been feeling quite low all weekend so maybe that's why i'm feeling it.
