I am going to make a valiant (?!?!) attempt to be in work before 9.30 today so I'll see ya all later.

Morning starts (evening here) thanks for starting the thread. I feel I gotta jump in when I can cause it'll be just up and running and it will be my bed time! .

All to come - hope you ready to face another positive sober day, happy, joyous and free from the bondage of active addiction.
My day been OK, but I could SLAUGHTER the weather LOL. RAIN RAIN RAIN, oh and then some.
However, if that is all I have to bitch about then LIFE IS GOOD....

Morning starts, evening Kapo.
Erin just got picked up. Had a lovely night with her, though it was restless and i havent slept much(again!) so going to try and grab another couple of hrs. Was hoping for snow this morning, but none has arrived. Just wet, cold and misrable! Think its going to be one of those days where its dark all day!
Day 4 for me tdy and still feeling good and positive about knocking the beast out for good. No combacks. No rematch. Permenant retirement.

Hey Sweetgum, you are doing GREAT, i am so impressed.. the sleep will settle soon, and the anxiety too. I sometimes put valierian liquid in some water and that helps. Also helps with sleep too. You can get it cheaply from Holland and Barrett. Make sure it doesnt contain any alcohol though. The one I bought didnt

Hey cym - lovely to spend time with ya girl!! Good on you - and you sound so positive with regard to your sobriety - way to go mate...I live in Greymouth (rainforest in West COast of SOuth Island, pop 9000) hence no hiding of alcoholism of my calibre down here lol!!!

Hi sweets, do you know some relaxation/breathing exercies for the heart thing....I found I ihad that a lot too, especially in my first 3-4 days following a bender...good to see you here!

Starts - wish we could all have jobs where we literally BOUNCED out of bed every morning, DYING to get to work....LOL

Good morning to you all. Wow sober since July 2008 - I never really looked until today as sobreity sinks in. That is some achievement. Have been out in this weather since 6 am with the dogs. Skating around a muddy field in my wellies. Rather nice really. Refreshing. Came on here for my daily fix of positivity!!!! And read all your posts. KAPONIUM - I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE HOT AND SUNNY IN NEW ZEALAND!!!! It is very windy out there today folks. HAVE A NICE DAY TO ALL
