This lady has helped a good number of people on here both now and in the past .Always willing to help those who want to help themselves ,her no nonsense and sensible approach is a tonic to those that are lost ..or dont know where to go what to do .She has nor been without her own issues and yet has always found the time for others.A personal thank you from me Lav and Im sure there are lots more around who join me in that sentiment

it’s been an interesting & educational journey for me. I’m forever grateful that I made the decision to kick AL to the curb way back in 2009!!!
Life certainly improved, I wouldn’t have it any other way. Nothing is ever perfect but I’ve discovered it really doesn’t need to be perfect. Starting & ending each day in a healthy way is the best.
