From my research it's not useful if you have a physical dependence on alcohol but can be useful if you have a psychological addiction (especially the kind where once you start you have a hard time stopping). It's definitely worth a try if you're having a tough time with cravings, and have a hard time with sticking to just one or two drinks.Last edited by Mulburry; October 15, 2024, 08:48 PM.
