hey wip. It was a prog on Sky about a guy who decided to record the last few years of his life as a heroin addict. He didnt know he was going to die, but recored alot of his everyday life, both family and heroin intake. It got to the point where he was very ill, injecting 4 times a day and drinking heavily.
His dad was diagnosed with cancer and he decided to put himself into a rehab centre on his own accord. He died 24 hrs later of a brain hemmorage due to drug withdrawl.

Wow. Certainly does sound harrowing... don't know if I want to watch it. So, it sounds as if, at the end, there was hope because he'd put himself into rehab... and then he suddenly died? How horrible...
