Hi guys,
Just logged on and noticed this - thank you so much. I'm still a bit in shock myself but I know I need to keep going with this, I am just so up and down though, yesterday I had absolutely no problem with not drinking, the few days before that I was ripping my skin off. Christmas will be the next big challenge!
