Yes Oney! The Tesco stuff goes really well- I order it on the good old internet thingy and they deliver it to tha lorry drivers house- he comes here once a week! It's great because there are so many things from the UK you just cannot buy here.

HI Cy!

I'm good thanks, apart from being damned cold! We have a heater in the shop but as soon as you move away from it it gets chilly- well better move anyway as have some jobs to do, then start to close up.

Def a good idea with the shop marbs. There are loads of shops in newport that sell polish food and drink, and they seem to do pretty well.

Thanks Starts! I do feel stronger lately- not so scared of slipping again.

Yes, Cy- it is certainly the best way to go here- stock stuff people can't get elsewhere. We can put 110% on most of it and people still find it cheap because Spanish groceries are horribly overpriced.
