Food is what makes us humans survive in this world! Promise me you will start your day every day this week with a small breakfast? Promise me!!!! These are some ideas: yoghurt, 2 pieces of toast, cold cereal, hot cereal with brown sugar (oatmeal), fruit, 1 or 2 scrambled eggs, some bacon or sausage. Just pick 1 or more than 1 items from the above list. Starting your day with breakfast is one of the most important things you can do for your body!!!!! Find something you like and eat it right after you get up....you will find your day goes a lot better with fuel!!!

O2M - totally relate to that. I often get to about 3pm and am feeling light-headed and a bit cranky. I think, shit, what I have eaten today .... nought...it is not good. A big part of loving and nurturing our selves in recovery is good and regular meals. I have been trying hard this last week to eat two a day...not being big on brekkie...and cut down on coffee, and drink more water....want to join me?*Serenity is the calm WITHIN the storm*
