Regualr meals for healthy reoveries! Mind, body and soul!

Indeed BoozeH - I reckon that sounds like a dam good daily intake - pretty balanced and healthy. And aren't you training (physically) too?.....

Well after my lunch munch, I had an apple in between, two cups of coffee accompanied by cig with each, did 20 minutes step-aerobics (after santa's departure ) then for dinner, Smoked chicken topper (naughty but yummy!) Mashed spud (ditto) heaps of fresh beans and carrots done in ginger, paprika and chives (with weeee knob of butter...)

Like booze, I am not far away from bed time cuppa and a good size handful of biscuits. NO GUILT!

Considering you don't usually eat anything in the mornings that is really good progress. Do you like cereal, Oney?

Got up early this morning (as usual-the baby is up a at 5am every morning) and made a Spinach and Cheese Quiche. It was so good! Now I'll have breakfast ready to pop in the microwave each morning this week.
Not sure what I'm having for lunch. I should just eat leftovers from last night or some quiche from this morning.
For dinner I'm making a beef stew.

Oney, I'm cracking up at your "fun size Kit Kat"!

Oney-my quiche is real simple. I sautee an onion and add defrosted frozen spinach to it. In a bowl I mix 5 eggs with 3 cups of cheese (I use mozzerella) and salt and pepper. I add the spinach mixture to the bowl and then pour it all in a (I use the ready made refridgerated) pie crust. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.

one, i LOVE marrowfat peas!!!!! I eat them straight out of the tin! and, for a while, I forget about the e numbers. then i remember them again a half an hour later while dancing to abba lol!!! No one else in my family likes them though. Shame. I have to indulge all alone! Also love chips and gravy, but really prefer chips and cheese!! I am a 'grazer' by nature....bit of this, bit of that. Sometimes a bit of the other but i'm so moody lately a bit of the other has turned into 'a bit every week' lol! I'm off now to make a jamie oliver spesh, home made museli!!! How healthy am i!!!!?

starting, how do you do a veggie spag bol? I only eat free range meat products (no i am not a nutter/fanatic/weirdo and i don't do organic lol) and now have resigned from my job and am on a strict budget i have to look into only eating meat a few times a week. Any great family recipes welcomed!!
